Watching how the teams worked together to complete the tasks, we had a real giggle with the event that required them to be blindfolded and no talking allowed.

We did discover a bit about each other whilst having a tonne of fun!

The initial eye-rolls and smirks of doubt all disappeared as soon as we started and surprise surprise, everyone really enjoyed the activity, with the CEO saying it could well be the best he has done. The concept is fantastic, we had to trust each other and work together to get the bigger picture and whilst I don’t think we discovered the next Picasso in our team, we did discover a bit about each other whilst having a tonne of fun!

Beyond the Boardroom did exactly that, they went beyond the office and out of our comfort zones. They took the time to know our company's core values, incorporating these into the planned activities.
