Shark Tank

Shark tank is based on the hit TV show but there is a big difference! Your team mates are the contestants and the investors are your bosses!

Employees are on the front line of business, and they often have great ideas that are never heard. This program gives them the opportunity to get these ideas out of their keen minds and open managements imagination to the infinite possibilities. 

We know that real innovation and improvement can come from within and Shark Tank gives businesses an opportunity to provide an encouraging and cooperative environment for all employees to be heard.

How it works

The event is set up in a conference room or training room. Teams will have a limited period of time to work together to come up with their winning ‘Shark tank’ worthy idea. They will then be tasked with presenting these ideas to their management for review on the spot!

Teams compete over a 2 hour period having uninhibited access to management for a fast paced ideas exchange. All teams are present as the ideas are presented to your company Management and they can then choose if investing is the right thing or not.
