Team Building Victor Harbor - Ready Steady Cook

We had a great fun team building event in Victor Harbor a few weeks ago at McCracken Country Club. Here are helpful tips for team building that you should know. 

The group of 18 was split into 3 teams and competed in a cooking team building event called "Ready Steady Cook".  Cooking 2 courses with an expert chef on site the group had great fun creating apple swans, deboning chickens, coming up with a restaurant name, menu and then cooking to a deadline.  The chef then judged the best dishes and a winner was crowned. The event was really successful and full of memories.  Working together to get the job done was the key to success; working together as one and trusting each other.

Victor Harbor is a great place to conference at, the accommodation at McCracken is excellent, there is a golf course, swimming pool, gym etc on site and a lot of activities to do in the area.
