Looking for a meaningful and engaging team building experience? Skateboard It Forward is a hands-on activity that goes beyond just assembling skateboards—it’s about creating opportunities for young people to grow into confident, resilient leaders.
Why Skateboarding?
Skate parks are more than just places to ride—they foster teamwork, perseverance, and problem-solving in a supportive environment. Research shows that skateboarding helps young people stay in school, avoid negative influences, and develop a strong sense of community.

How it works
Your team will start the session with an inspiring keynote on the power of skateboarding and mentorship. Then, working in small teams, you’ll build skateboards from the ground up using provided materials and tools. To make the gift even more special, each board will be accompanied by a heartfelt message for the recipient.
Once complete, the skateboards will be donated to young people in need through our charity partner, Red Frogs—an organisation dedicated to supporting youth in making positive life choices and becoming influential changemakers.
Inclusions:
- 1 skateboard per team, complete with all parts, and tools
- Keynote session on mentorship and resilience
