How it works

Teams of 6–8 participants will be handed a 2D blueprint of a 94-piece 3D dome puzzle. Their mission? Work together to build it as fast as possible. But speed alone won’t win the game—strategic planning, seamless communication, and flawless execution are key to securing the top spot on the leaderboard.

Once all domes are complete, our expert facilitator will lead a tailored debrief, helping teams identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as team alignment, process optimisation, and efficiency. Then, the real challenge begins—can teams refine their strategy and beat their previous time, breaking the coveted 5-minute mark?
