REA Create Your Own Commercial - Team Building Melbourne

What an awesome afternoon in the Yarra Valley! Our head film facilitator and MD headed to Melbourne's Yarra Valley for a Melbourne team building event called "Create your own commercial".

The program started with an icebreaker before the team set about the challenge of creating a 90second commercial that best represented what the rest of their company thought their departments did on a day to day basis.

The group broke into 3 teams and worked on individual concepts - before pitching them to the rest of the group a short time later. The group then had to choose a favourite and work together to write the story board, shot list, choose the music, organise the set locations, organise the scripts and work out who was acting which part.

After 1.5 hours of planning it was out on location to film the commercial. The team worked really well together and finished right on time which was a great effort.

The program today was run in 3 hours - however this team building event can be either a full day program OR a morning with a film fest that night for larger groups.

Thank you REA for a great afternoon - it was a lot of fun and it was very interesting to watch the team dynamics throughout the afternoon.
