Beyond the Boardroom Terms and Conditions
Beyond the Boardroom is a subsidiary brand that operates under Adventures Beyond Group Pty Ltd. When you purchase a team event with Beyond the Boardroom you are purchasing a credit to the value of that booking. Subject to these terms and conditions you may use that credit toward any activities operated by Beyond the Boardroom.
Agent - Adventures Beyond Group Pty Ltd is a companies managed by Adventures Beyond the Boardroom Pty Ltd as its agent. When doing business with Beyond the Boardroom, associated trusts and other trading names under Adventures Beyond Group Pty Ltd may appear on your statements / account emails. Beyond the Boardroom packages other operators products / experiences with our own experiences. These operators may have their own terms and conditions and it will be best to contact us for questions and other additional information.
Inclement weather policy - Once the date is booked and confirmed we generally run programs rain, hail or shine. In the event of inclement weather we provide ponchos for participants and we modify the event to suit. If required, we do have alternate activities we can run indoors instead upon negotiation. If the weather looks extreme and it is unsafe then we may have to cancel the activity. We will make a decision 24-48 hours prior to the event should this be the case. If we do have to postpone the event, change fees and cancellation fees do apply and ideally we can arrange an alternate date that suits both parties.
Booking Terms - A booking is confirmed by returning in writing a completed booking form OR replying to an email clearly stating you wish to proceed with the event as quoted. Once you have committed to a booking then you are committed to that booking and subject to these terms and conditions. Upon your commitment to an event with Beyond the Boardroom an invoice will be issued and full payment is payable a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. A deposit of 50% is required when booking via credit card OR EFT. Credit card fees will apply. Please note that changes in numbers does change the quoted price. Pricing is on a per job basis. Should you have a drop in numbers the full quoted amount is still applicable for payment. Should you have an increase in numbers you will be subject to extra costs for the individual numbers. For more details please contact your experience advisor. Payment after the event date attracts a 5% administration fee, Payment 14 days post event attracts a 10% administration fee. These are repeated every 14 days until payment is received. All prices are in Australian Dollars currency ($AU).
Transfers and Changes - Bookings made with Beyond the Boardroom are classified as a credit - you may change your booking subject to agreement with Beyond the Boardroom within a minimum of 14 days before the scheduled date of the event. Depending on the activity, there may be a change fee as required. When cancellation or changes are made in less than 14 days before the booked event, you are committed to that activity and will be subjected to cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy - Should you have to cancel a booking you will be subject to cancellation fees as follows: 29+ days 25%, 21-28 days 50%, 14-20 days 75% and within 14 days 100%.
Vouchers - If you have received a discount voucher for an event i.e. a $200 off your next Amazing Race, only 1 voucher per event is redeemable. You cannot use multiple vouchers on the one event.
Changes - At any time, Beyond the Boardroom reserves all the rights to change and update stipulations within these terms and conditions.
