Short on time but big on impact, DomeWorks is a fast-paced, high-stakes team-building experience that challenges your group to collaborate, problem-solve, and execute under pressure. In just 60 minutes, teams race to construct a 91-piece 3D dome puzzle, sharpening strategy, communication, and efficiency in a thrilling competition that leaves lasting insights.
Teams of 6–8 participants are given a 2D blueprint of a 91-piece 3D dome puzzle. Their mission is simple: build the dome as quickly and accurately as possible. But speed isn’t enough! Teams must communicate seamlessly, plan strategically, and execute with precision to climb the leaderboard.
After the initial build, a Beyond the Boardroom facilitator leads a tailored debrief to help teams reflect on their performance, refine strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement in alignment with organisational goals. Then, teams go head-to-head for a second attempt, pushing their limits to set record-breaking times and optimise collaboration and efficiency.
