The session begins with a brief introduction to the impact of landmines and the importance of prosthetic hands, setting the stage for a purposeful team-building experience. Teams of 3-5 delegates are then guided through the assembly of prosthetic hands using all materials provided.

To simulate the daily challenges faced by amputees, all participants work one-handed throughout the activity. Beyond assembly, the session includes reflective discussions and connection-building exercises to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and empathy.

Once all prosthetic hands are completed, they are quality-checked and shipped to the charity partner for distribution worldwide. The session concludes with a reflection on the social impact of your team’s efforts.
