The session begins with an introduction to the Six Thinking Hats methodology and the benefits of parallel thinking. Participants are guided through each thinking style, learning how to separate emotion, logic, creativity, and risk when tackling complex issues.
Working in small groups, teams apply the framework to real organisational challenges or decisions. With each hat explored in turn, participants uncover new insights, identify opportunities and risks, and build shared understanding.
