Yes. We are a fully mobile team, so we bring the activity and all equipment to your office, conference hotel, park or function venue anywhere in Brisbane.
For the best experience, we recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance. This allows time for customisation and ensures availability at your preferred venue. For charity programs, we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance so we can organise materials. We understand that team activities are sometimes needed on short notice, and we will always do our best to accommodate your timeframe.
Our activities are designed for groups of all sizes, from small teams of 8 to 10 people up to large corporate gatherings of 1,000+ participants. Our facilitators adjust the format so everyone stays engaged and involved. Planning an event south of the city? We also run team building on the Gold Coast.
For large groups, The Amazing Race, Survivor, Game On! Game Show and Flashback Bingo all scale to 1,000+ participants. Charity builds such as Bike Brigade and Boxes for Good also work well with big teams because every table contributes to one shared result.
Night events turn a dinner into a celebration. Flashback Bingo, Casino Royale and Game On! Game Show is designed for evening functions, works well at a hotel or restaurant venue, and gives your team an amazing time without anyone leaving the room.
Yes. We run 12 charity programs, including Bike Brigade, Boxes for Good and SolarBuddy Hour of Power. After the event you receive an Impact Report showing the value of your team’s contribution.

We monitor the forecast closely before every event and always have a contingency plan. Depending on your preferences, we can move to an indoor venue, use sheltered areas, or switch to an equally engaging indoor activity.
Our activities create situations where clear communication and collaboration are essential for success. Through shared challenges, teams practise giving clear instructions, listening actively and working together under friendly competition, then take those habits back to the office.
For most activities, you only need enthusiasm and team spirit. We provide all equipment, materials and instructions. For outdoor events, we recommend comfortable clothing and footwear, water, a hat and sunglasses. We provide sunscreen.
