As part of Scentre Group’s two-day conference, the team wanted to create a visual representation of the key learnings and values discussed. Participants were tasked with exploring what the theme “Everybody Belongs” looks like to them. The challenge was to engage employees in a meaningful, creative activity that encouraged reflection on inclusion, collaboration, and workplace culture.

Team Masterpiece is a collaborative team building event where teams work together to produce artwork around a shared theme. Each team collaborates within a set timeframe to bring their vision to life. At the end, all the individual canvases are combined to form one large, collective masterpiece. This creates a striking visual representation of the theme and showcases the power of teamwork and shared values. The activity was the perfect way to bring the theme of ‘Everybody Belongs’ to life. Teams could visually interpret what the theme meant to them, while the act of combining all the artworks into a single masterpiece served as a powerful metaphor for inclusion and unity.
