Sika Australia’s annual multi-city event brought together around 330 employees across five states for their staff appreciation day. With the theme “Winning Together”, the challenge was to create an engaging, fun-filled program that celebrated success, encouraged team work, and gave colleagues the chance to connect.

To match the ‘Winning Together’ theme, Beyond the Boardroom designed a bespoke Indoor Mini Olympics experience. This indoor program combined fun and competitive challenges that tested lateral thinking, planning, problem solving, communication, and team work. Every team member had to contribute as groups earned points across a series of dynamic activities. The energy was high, the competition fierce, and the day culminated in one team being crowned the ultimate national champions.
