How It Works

Teams collaborate on an engaging construction project, navigating challenges such as limited resources, time pressure and inter-team dependency. Each team is responsible for designing and building a section of the bridge, working independently while staying aligned to a shared vision.

In a high-energy finale, all bridge sections are connected to form the impressive Company Bridge. The structure is then tested using remote-controlled cars, creating a memorable, hands-on moment that reinforces the importance of communication, coordination and trust across teams.

What To Expect

A highly interactive, hands-on experience that brings teamwork to life.

Option One (60-90 minutes): Teams use equal equipment to build their bridge sections, culminating in a joint activity where remote-controlled cars test the overall success.

Option Two (2-3 hours): Teams earn bridge pieces by successfully completing team-based tasks.

Example team tasks for option 2:

Eddy the Egg – Teams construct a space capsule device out of straws and tape to catch a raw egg dropped from 2 metres.

Foil Towers – Teams race against the clock to build the tallest tower using only foil.
