This inspiring CSR event combines imagination, LEGO building expertise, and the heart-warming act of donating LEGO to a children’s charity. Your team will collaborate, problem-solve, and unleash creativity: all while making a meaningful impact on children in need.
LEGO Create to Donate is more than a building challenge: it’s about creativity with purpose.
To kick-start the event, teams undertake a series of warm-up challenges designed to inspire creativity, innovation, and design.
Each table of 8 participants work together in teams to construct their models. The themes of the designs are tailored to your key outcomes, whether that be creativity, teamwork, corporate social responsibility, or just for fun. Time pressure can be applied to focus the team on prioritisation, effective collaboration, and problem-solving.
As building concludes, teams present their creations to a panel of judges. Scores are tallied, and the winning team is announced.
The event finishes with a heartfelt video from our charity partner, thanking teams for their generosity and thoughtfulness. Each team contributes a box of brand new LEGO to the chosen charity, creating a lasting and tangible impact.
