Get your team into one of the world’s fastest-growing sports with our Corporate Pickleball Tournament. Played in teams of four, this event brings out the competitive spirit with a series of knockout rounds building toward one final showdown.
Pickleball is easy to pick up but hard to put down, which is exactly why it works so well for a group with mixed fitness levels and sporting backgrounds. Whether your team has never picked up a paddle or plays every weekend, everyone gets a game and everyone gets involved.
We bring a portable setup, including nets, paddles and balls, that can be put up almost anywhere. We’ll work with you to find the best spot to set up and run the day.
We arrive with everything needed to run the tournament: portable nets, paddles, balls, and facilitators to keep the day moving.
The day kicks off with a few warm-up games and ice-breakers to get everyone moving, laughing and comfortable with a paddle in hand before the competition heats up. From there, teams battle through the knockout rounds, with the intensity building as the field narrows down. The two final teams face off in the grand final to decide who takes home the title.
Expect a high-energy day full of friendly competition, laughter, and a few surprise pickleball talents on your team. Our facilitators run the show from start to finish, so all your group needs to do is show up ready to play.
Games are structured to keep everyone involved throughout, not just the sporty ones. With short matches and a knockout format, there’s always a reason to cheer, whether your team’s still in the running or watching from the sidelines.
At Beyond the Boardroom, we believe strong teams aren’t built by chance, they’re built through shared purpose, meaningful connection, and the courage to Go Beyond the ordinary. Send an enquiry today to get in touch with Australia’s best team building specialists.
