DISC in Action

Understanding your team starts with understanding yourself. DISC in Action is a dynamic workshop that transforms DISC insights into tangible, real-world results, going beyond awareness to drive meaningful change in how your team communicates, collaborates, and performs.

Building on the foundations of the DISC Workshop, this session guides participants through their personalised 14-page DISC reports to uncover individual strengths, blind spots, and team dynamics. Whether the goal is improving communication, navigating conflict, or strengthening collaboration, DISC in Action bridges the gap between theory and practice.

How It Works

Participants come prepared with their personalised DISC reports from the DISC Workshop. From there, a skilled facilitator guides the group through an interactive exploration of individual behavioural styles and how they show up in the workplace.

Teams are mapped onto a DISC matrix to visualise collective dynamics, making it easy to see how different styles complement and challenge one another. The session then dives into two to three custom focus areas chosen to suit your team’s specific needs, using targeted worksheets and guided discussion to turn insight into action.

The session closes with each participant setting tailored SMART goals within a Professional Development Plan, giving everyone clear, practical next steps to take back to work.

What To Expect

A structured, facilitated workshop experience that is equal parts reflective and practical:

  • Personalised Report Breakdown: Each participant unpacks their 14-page DISC report to better understand their behavioural style, strengths, and blind spots.
  • Interactive DISC Matrix: The team is mapped together to visualise group dynamics and deepen understanding of how individual styles interact.
  • Custom Focus Areas: The session explores two to three themes tailored to your team, which may include communicating with impact, managing workplace conflict, leveraging individual talents, leading more productive meetings, or enhancing teamwork.
  • SMART Goal Setting: Participants close the session by setting personalised goals within a Professional Development Plan, turning insights into committed action.

Note: Completion of the DISC Workshop is required before attending this session, as participants will need their personalised DISC report to take part.
