Unlike traditional team-based activities, the corporate drumming experience has no teams — the entire group works together towards a shared musical goal. Facilitators guide the group through step-by-step instruction on drums and percussion, gradually introducing different rhythms.
As participants progress, the various beats are combined to form a cohesive and energising musical piece. Along the way, the facilitator encourages reflection, engagement, and laughter, highlighting lessons on working as one team, breaking down silos, and achieving a common goal.

Team Challenge (90 mins): Extends the 45–60 min program with smaller groups creating their own rhythms, then syncing together to finish as one powerful ensemble.
