How It Works

Teams of 8–12 participants are locked in a room filled with puzzles, riddles, and hidden clues. Using lateral thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, each team races against the clock to unlock the secrets and escape in the fastest time possible.

Each team requires their own room: conference rooms, hotel rooms, offices, or boardrooms all work. Facilitators require 30 minutes in each room prior to the event to set up the puzzles. Beyond the Boardroom can also run a debrief at the end to reinforce leadership, communication, and teamwork insights.

What To Expect

An immersive, high-pressure challenge that tests teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking:

Different phases of the event:

  • Welcome & Briefing (15 mins): Teams gather for an introduction and explanation of rules before heading to their rooms.

  • Escape Challenge (90 mins): Teams work together to solve puzzles, decode clues, and escape within the time limit.

  • Wrap-Up & Debrief (15 mins): Teams reconvene to announce winners, reflect on key takeaways, and celebrate success.

Optional: Facilitated debrief to reinforce learning outcomes in collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership.
