LEGO Brick Masters is a dynamic, hands-on competition that challenges teams to work collaboratively under time pressure to create an outstanding LEGO model.
Teams are first given a theme: random or tailored to your conference, company values, or objectives, and spend time designing a concept and plan for their build.
With an abundance of LEGO bricks at their disposal, participants focus on creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving as they construct their models.
When complete, each team delivers a persuasive “sales pitch” to the group and judges, highlighting the innovation, strategy, and story behind their creation. The competitive element encourages prioritisation, creative thinking, and effective collaboration.
