Shark Tank

Inspired by the hit TV show Shark Tank with one major twist, your team members are the contestants, and your leaders are the investors.

Employees are on the front line of business and often hold powerful ideas that never get heard. Shark Tank creates a safe, engaging, and collaborative environment where innovation can surface, ideas can be tested, and leadership can tap into the collective intelligence of the team.

How It Works

The session is set up in a conference or training room and facilitated as a fast-paced innovation workshop. Teams are given a limited timeframe to collaborate, problem-solve, and develop a “Shark Tank–worthy” idea. This could be a new product for your business, a process improvement, customer experience enhancement, or internal initiative.

Teams then pitch their ideas live to a panel of “Sharks” made up of company leaders or senior managers. Each pitch is delivered in front of the full group, creating an open exchange of ideas, discussion, and immediate feedback.

Management can ask questions, challenge assumptions, and decide whether they would “invest” in the idea. The result is a dynamic ideas marketplace that encourages creativity, confidence, and meaningful dialogue between teams and leadership.

We require a private room for this event, as well as a projector and screen. See our frequently asked questions below for more information regarding the room requirements.
