Team Challenge is an engaging indoor team building experience perfect for conferences, workshops, or training days. From lateral thinking puzzles to hands-on activities, delegates enjoy interactive games that encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and a little healthy competition.
Teams are split into groups of approximately 8 participants. They compete in a series of indoor challenges, earning points for creativity, teamwork, and clever problem-solving. At the end of the session, the team with the highest points is celebrated as the winner. Challenges can be adapted to suit your group size, time constraints, or room layout.

Nailed It – Balance 12 nails on a single nail head using precision and strategy.

Our team had a fantastic time with Beyond the Boardroom. We got extremely into the games, and due to our employees being quite competitive, it was very full on and everyone was very engaged for the full duration of the event. Clayton was a great host and brought lots of fun to the activities.
