In Team Masterpiece, small groups receive a theme, basic art instruction, and a canvas with a black shape. Teams collaborate to design and paint their interpretation, and at the end, all canvases are combined to reveal an inspiring group message. This activity is perfect for groups of all sizes and highlights the power of working individually while contributing to a larger purpose.
Teams of 6–8 participants receive a canvas, paints, brushes, and a black shape to guide their design. Each team brainstorms and plans their interpretation before painting their section of the canvas, collaborating and problem-solving along the way. Once all artwork is complete, the canvases are brought to the front of the group and displayed in order, revealing the full, overarching message. The session usually takes around two hours, including setup, and the finished artwork can be displayed, photographed, or returned to your premises for ongoing inspiration.
