The WIRES Wildlife Workshop is a meaningful and engaging CSR team-building experience that allows your team to directly support native Australian animals.
In partnership with WIRES, Australia’s largest wildlife rescue organisation, participants work together in a hands-on “working bee” to create essential items used in the rescue, rehabilitation, and care of injured, orphaned, and displaced wildlife.
This sustainable and rewarding experience builds strong team connections while contributing to a cause that has a real and lasting impact on Australia’s natural environment.
Your team begins the session by learning about the incredible work WIRES does across Australia and the challenges faced by native wildlife.
Participants are then guided through a hands-on workshop where they collaborate to create one selected item for donation. Teams will work together throughout the session, sharing tasks, problem-solving, and supporting one another as they build items that will be used directly by wildlife carers in the field.
At the conclusion of the activity, teams reflect on the impact of their contribution and how their work supports wildlife rescue, education, and conservation efforts.
A hands-on, feel-good CSR experience that combines teamwork with tangible impact:
Create Joey Pouches to help care for orphaned native animals
Build Possum Dreys to provide safe replacement homes for displaced wildlife
Assemble Habitat Boxes for small native mammals
Learn about WIRES’ frontline rescue and rehabilitation work
Strengthen collaboration, purpose, and team connection
Walk away knowing your efforts will directly support wildlife in need
(Your team will select one item to create per workshop.)
