Wolves of Wall Street is a dynamic indoor team-building experience that blends friendly competition with sharp teamwork and decision-making. Set against the backdrop of a simulated stock market, this fast-paced challenge pushes teams to think quickly, communicate clearly, and adapt to constantly changing conditions.
No financial knowledge is required! Success comes down to collaboration, strategy, and how well teams respond to uncertainty. With markets shifting in real time and breaking news impacting prices, every decision matters as teams race to climb the leaderboard.
Participants are divided into teams of approximately eight and seated at their own tables.
Each team receives an information pack containing insider intel, cryptic clues, and market insights to guide their strategy.
Team members rotate through key roles such as finance manager, investment analyst, media analyst, trader, and runner, ensuring everyone is actively involved throughout the session.
The activity unfolds across a series of timed trading rounds, with each trading window lasting around 20 minutes. Teams monitor a live trading screen displaying real-time market movements while responding to breaking news and sudden shifts in stock values.
Teams must decide whether to slow down and strategise or move quickly and take calculated risks, with fortunes rising and falling in a heartbeat.

Brendan and his Team were amazing. Communication pre event was excellent. Brendan even provided a flyer with an embedded video for me to send to our delegates to see what the event was going to look like. On the morning of the event I received a text from Brendan to advise he was on site. We ran through how the event was going to flow. Brendan had heaps of positive energy and his sense of humour was good. The event ran smoothly and everyone enjoyed immensely. Only issue was that my team didn’t win!!
