Beyond the Boardroom Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT:

• Final numbers and full pre-payment are due 7 days out from your event date
• There are no refunds for a reduction in participant numbers less than 7 days out from your event

CANCELLATIONS:

In the event of cancellation by client, the following applies:

• 30 Days or more prior to engagement: 50% of full fee
• 7-29 Days prior to engagement: 75% of full fee
• Less than 7 days prior to engagement: 100% of full fee

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19:

If the cancellation is due to changes in Government COVID-19 restrictions OR state border closures that no longer allow travel, business events or gatherings the client can choose either a 50% refund or a 100% credit valid for 12 months. You must notify us 24 hours prior to your event date to receive this refund or credit. Cancellation on the day of your event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

WET WEATHER:

• • Once the date is booked and confirmed we generally run programs rain, hail or shine. 
  • In the event of inclement weather we can provide ponchos for participants and we modify the event to suit.
  • In the event of severe wet weather an alternative indoor program will be provided.
  • It is your responsibility to arrange the indoor venue for this wet weather program.
