We had a CSR team building event with Beyond the Boardroom which was amazing. Our facilitator and the team were fantastic to deal with, made it easy for us, and delivered a great event. Our host was energetic, funny, and really made the event memorable. It was really good to be able to make a difference and give back to those in need. To combine creativity, teamwork, and giving back, Beyond the Boardroom facilitated LEGO Create to Donate. Teams kicked off with lively warm-up challenges before diving into their main task: designing and building unique LEGO model masterpieces. With themes tailored to creativity, collaboration, and CSR, the activity encouraged innovation and teamwork while keeping the energy fun and engaging. The highlight of the day came when every team contributed a brand-new LEGO set to a children’s charity – a moment that underscored the power of coming together for a great purpose.
