How It Works

Participants are divided into tribes of 8 – 10 people and face off across a series of Survivor-inspired challenges. Some activities are scored based on time in a round-robin format, while others see tribes competing head-to-head in thrilling, high-energy showdowns.

Whether in a park, oval, beach, or reserve, we adapt each activity to suit the space and group size. We even take care of the council permit for you. Winning teams are celebrated with medallions, and every participant leaves having connected, collaborated, and had a blast.

What To Expect

Expect a full-on adventure that blends strategy, teamwork, and fun. We have over 50 unique challenges in our wheelhouse that can be tailored to suit the demographics of your group or your theme for the day. Example challenges include:

Bamboo Towers: Build a free-standing bamboo tower and display your team flag at the top, the tallest tower wins!
Pyramids: Race to rebuild a pyramid from bottom to top.
Survivor Footy: An elimination game where teams kick a football over a net. Catch it to survive, drop it and cover your teammates.

Frequently Asked Questions

We require a large, flat grassed area. Typically our Survivor is held in a park, beach or reserve and we look after all the necessary applications to council for a permit.

We recommend 8 – 10 people per team.

The one main difference between our team building Survivor event and the TV show is that you can’t vote people off the team. Instead of taking the easy route, kicking those who you don’t instantly work well with, off the team, you take the time to learn how each other work and how to best optimise this learning curve to beat the other tribes!

Yes! If it is only drizzling, we provide ponchos, and your Survivor can continue as planned. If the weather is looking dire, with heavy rain and high winds, your facilitator will provide a backup wet-weather activity. We just need you to organise an indoor location to host this in, usually your conference room or office.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothing, runners, or flat shoes that are comfortable to walk in, and a hat or sunglasses. We always recommend organising your conference venue to provide water for your event OR bring your own water to minimise waste.
