Bike Brigade is a heart-warming CSR team building experience where collaboration meets community impact. Working together, teams build brand-new bikes that are donated to underprivileged children, creating a powerful shared experience that delivers both connection and meaningful giving.
The program begins with a series of interactive team challenges focused on trust, communication and creative thinking, setting the foundation for effective collaboration.
Teams of six delegates are then provided with the tools and components required to build a brand-new bike from scratch. Working together, participants assemble, check and prepare the bikes for donation. As group size increases, the activity can incorporate a friendly competitive element, with teams racing to complete their builds.
Following consultation, Beyond the Boardroom will source a suitable charity partner aligned with your organisation’s values. The experience includes a professional bike safety check and the transportation of the completed bikes to the charity’s headquarters after the event.

Optional Extra:
For an extra fee, we will arrange to have the children present on the day to receive their bikes.
This will include a flag with your company logo signed by the kids.
We will arrange all transfers for the kids to and from the venue & as well as morning/afternoon tea.
